Once we have worked with you to ensure your property is prepared and staged ready for guests, we can provide a photography service. We provide a visual overview of the property and its amenities, highlighting any key features which improve rental performance. We have a wealth of knowledge in making properties look their best and so we would ensure the property is professionally staged, showing all it has to offer.

Literature

We can provide a full Property Description for your listing along with a Guest Handbook for the property, detailing information about both the property and the local area. The property description, which would be used to advertise your property on rental platforms would highlight all that your property has to offer. This would be a key focus for future bookings and so a thorough and detailed overview would assist customers to choose your property for their visit, over and above other properties in the area. The Guest Handbook provides a thorough breakdown of the property itself. Detailing information on how the property works, information on the stay and an overview of any rules or guidelines implemented for the rental. We would also provide a guide on the local area to assist guests to make the most of their stay.

Property Development

We can provide a service to assist you with the setting up and staging of your property. We can provide guidance on the adjustments which can be made for your property to reach its best rental potential and we can then come along to manage and arrange your property for you. Working on anything from maintenance and property development, through to decorating and property arrangement, our professional service can assist you to prepare your home for rental.

Property Appraisal & Rental Strategy

Following on from your initial consultation, we carry out a full property appraisal and rental strategy, specific to your rental property. We would carry out a detailed assessment of your property to identify its key features, areas for development and the adaptations required to maximise its rental potential. Within your property appraisal we can advise on any adjustments we feel would benefit your property and we can advise on any services we feel would benefit you to prepare your property for the holiday rental market. Within your rental strategy, we would be able to provide a forecast of your potential property bookings, pricing and projected income along with a breakdown of the costs required for the servicing and management of your property.

Initial Consultation

We provide a no-obligation initial consultation, to assess your property and discuss any of your specific requirements. From this consultation we would be able to provide an overview of your property’s rental potential, along with any guidance we feel may increase your properties rental capability and a projection of your potential financial income and expenditure. This service can be provided for a new rental, yet to be let on the open market or for current holiday rentals properties for which, you would like us to manage.
